Hannah Jamieson
(She/Her/Hers)
Hi, my name is Hannah! I am a Registered Psychotherapist providing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, with experience also supporting adults. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from McMaster University, and I am a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
I have experience working in a variety of mental health settings, including the Adolescent Eating Disorder Unit at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the emotional, relational, and systemic challenges that can impact young people and families, and they guide my compassionate, ethical, and developmentally appropriate approach to therapy.
I support clients with concerns such as anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, self-esteem, identity exploration, and life transitions. I work collaboratively with clients—and with caregivers when appropriate—to help build insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical coping strategies that can be used outside of sessions.
My approach is integrative and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I view therapy as a collaborative process and strive to meet each individual with empathy, curiosity, and care as they work toward growth, resilience, and greater self-understanding.

Hi, I’m Kelsey! I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master and Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University, registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
I specialize in working with children, preteens, and teens—helping them navigate big emotions, manage anxiety, build confidence, and strengthen relationships at home and school. I’ve supported youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation challenges, using approaches that make therapy feel engaging, safe, and empowering.
My work often integrates Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. I love using creativity, games, and conversation to help kids express themselves and build practical coping skills they can use every day.
At the heart of my work is connection—I believe meaningful change happens when a child feels understood and supported. My goal is to create a warm, inclusive space where kids and teens can feel confident, capable, and proud of who they are.
